We would require 3 metres by 3 metres for the cart.

We arrive 1.5 hours ahead of the event start time to set up and around an hour to pack away.

We would require an accessible plug socket to plug our extension lead in and a clean, water supply.

Travel costs are covered in the package for any events within 5 miles of RG5. Anything outside the radius would incur a 0.45p per mile charge. When booking, please provide your postcode and we will let you know the fuel costs.

Classic Slush FlavoursOur slush drinks are glycerine free. Using professional slush syrup mixed with water and frozen in our machines. Most flavours contain water, sugar, flavouring and colouring. Yes, all the slush syrups are alcohol free. Alcohol may be added to beverages at the Client’s discretion; however, Slush Society does not provide, serve, or manage alcohol. The Client assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption, as well as any risks or liabilities associated with its use at the event.

During the warmer seasons, we're able to set up outdoors, provided that the weather isn't rainy or windy. If your event is in a room above the ground floor, we would require a lift. If the location doesn't have a lift, please get in touch.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Requests to change the event date must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

Only the Slush Society staff can use the slush machine. We ensure all our friendly, professional, staff are fully trained in slush preparation and handling.

Absolutely. All our servers hold a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene.
